Walnut Street Theatre. Philadelphia, May 25, 1870. Last Week, With all its Original Effects, of the Grand Romantic Military Drama, In Four Acts, by Watts Phillips, Esq., author of "The Dead Heart," "Lost in London," &c., entitled Not Guilty, Adapted to the American Stage by Thomas J. Hemphill. The Young Volunteer Corps And Beck's Philadelphia Band, No. 1, Also Baxter's Zouave Drum Corps Are specially engaged, in order to give the proper martial effect to the Military Displays incidental to the Drama. Wednesday Evening, May 25, 1870, The performance will commence at eight o'clock, with Overture--"Military," Hassler, Expressly Composed and Dedicated to T. J. Hemphill, Esq. After which will be produced the New Military Drama, entitled Not Guilty, With New and Appropriate Scenery by the eminent artist, Mr. George Heilge. Machinery by Arthur Wright.
