Title from colophon (f. 32r). Zacour-Hirsch gives the title as Carta executoria, which is the more common formula for documents of this type. Description taken largely from Zacour-Hirsch.
Foliation: Parchment, i (contemporary parchment) + 32 + i (contemporary parchment); [1-32]; modern foliation in pencil, lower right recto.
Layout: Written in 40 long lines; ruled in red.
Script: Written in Spanish rotunda script by a single hand, with a shorter document added by a second hand (f. 32r-32v).
Decoration: Two color illustrations of coats of arms (f. 2v), somewhat damaged due to smearing and flaking; several illuminated initials and section headings in gold on a red background; some doodling in the margins, probably later in date.
Binding: Contemporary gilt morocco over wooden boards. Very musty. Evidence of water and mildew damage. Leather wearing away from cover boards, especially at the corners.
