- Manuscript is dedicated to a regional form of the Hindu deity Viṣṇu called Dattātreya, particularly popular in Maharashtra and associated with elements of Vaiṣṇava-tantra. There is a note on the front of the manuscript (f. 1r) listing the five prāṇas (breaths), used in ritual respiratory exercises.
