Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; verse divisions in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double red line. First folio is treated with yellow turmeric powder to protect the manuscript from insect damage.
A wooden board, damaged, with a beveled edge and a double line etched as a border on the surface, supports the manuscript.
