64 leaves foliated 1-50, 19-32, upper left and lower right verso; starting at folio 33 a secondary set of numbers is written on the top left and continues through the last leaf of the manuscript, 1-32. The primary foliation ends at folio 50 which corresponds with folio 18 of the secondary foliation.
Colophon: iti mādhavīye kālanirṇaye upoddhātaprakaraṇaṃ prathamam // (f. 16v).
