- Transcripts of correspondence with the PSPA, originals dated 8 March 1785 to 31 August 1789, copied by vice president and founder J. B. Bordley in 1793. An alphabetical index with letter tabs and entries for authors and subjects is at the end of the volume. The volume has a modern cloth binding and a flyleaf note, "John B. Bordley's folio," in pencil in a later hand.
