Summary:
Text praising various Vedic deities and containing a discourse of the mythological figure Mārkaṇḍeya. The Vedic god of creation, Prajāpati, is singled out, in particular. Those who recite the work of praise (stava) will see benefits in heath of themselves and their children and grandchildren. A curse warning against theft of the manuscript is found in the post-colophon (f. 3v).
