Summary:
Manuscript is used for contemplation, study, and recitation, representing the sixth and final section of the larger upaniṣad dating to around the 3rd century BC. It is one of the earliest works treating a systematic philosophy related to the Vedic deity Rudra, an early form of the Hindu deity Śiva, equating him with the principle of Iśvara or Lord for the first time. Also contains early formations of myths, social, and ritual structures related to early Śaivism.
