Biography/History:

Son of Jayanta Bhaṭṭa (f. 51v), he lived in Kashmir in the ninth century.

Summary:

Manuscript used for private recitation and study and is a shortened retelling of Bāṇabhaṭṭa's work the Kādambarī, which is a romance novel dealing with court life and the complexities of the Hindu caste system.
