Summary:
Manuscript for private or public use in prayer, recitation, reflection, and practice of rites. The first part (f. 1) is a short commentary (bhāṣya) on the Tryastriṃśatsūtra, a text dealing with Hindu cosmology. The second part of the manuscript opens with a description of the veneration and worship of different forms of the Hindu deity, the elephant-headed Gaṇeśa. The text then gives a mythic account of the sun's gift of the gold-producing Syamantaka jewel to the legendary figure Satrājita and the subsequent adventures involving the legendary king Kṛṣṇa and the king of bears, Jāmbavāna. Presented as a discourse between kings Yudhiṣṭhira and Kṛṣṇa.
