Summary:
Text containing a list of one thousand mantras beginning with Om̐ and each giving a different name for the Hindu deity Viṣṇu. Contains the abbreviation Śiva in the lower right verso margin of each folio, possibly referring to the Śivapurāṇa or some other Śaiva work. Each folio contains three columns of mantras to Viṣṇu, and there is a single mantra to the deity Śiva, śivāya namaḥ, at the top center of the first fourteen folios (f. 1-14v).
