Summary:
Ritual text for recitation, employing mantras used in the veneration and worship of the Hindu deity Nṛsiṃha (also called Narasiṃha, the man-lion avatāra of Viṣṇu). Mantras are recited and symbolically placed on different parts of the body and functions as a kind of amulet, giving symbolic protection to the devotee and bringing them prosperity. Presented as a discourse between the legendary sages Nārada and Agasti.
