Written in 7-8 lines per leaf.
20 leaves foliated upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti rātrivargasamāptaḥ / śake 1751 sarvadhārīnāmasaṃvatsare / uttarāyaṇasūryena saṃtemadhubhistathā / kṛṣṇapakṣe daśaṃbhyā ca bhaumavāre samāpti ca / śrīgajānanārpaṇamastu / śrīrāmajayarāmajayajayarām // kṛṣṇāya gopālāya gopijanavallabhāya namaḥ // (f. 20r).
Dated śaka 1751 (1821) in the cyclical year named Sarvadhārī, during the Uttarāyaṇasūrya (December-June), in Vasanta (Spring), in the month of Madhu (March-April), during the dark half of the month, on Bhaumavāra (Tuesday). (f. 20r).
