Arbitration regarding the distribution of the Siena estate of Giovanni di Urbano Piccolomini del Testa among his five children: Bastiano, Bartolomeo, Gregorio Nastagio, and Mostiola. The Testa family were adopted into the Piccolomini family in the early 15th century.
