Nomination, dated July 9, 1377, of a guardian for Silvius Silvii Enee de Piccolominibus of Siena (future father of Enea Silvio Piccolomini, who was elected Pope Pius II), born after the death of his father. The nomination of Bartolus Fey, a relative of the child, is made on the recommendation of the child's uncle, Augustinus Enee Conradi di Piccolominibus.
