Squier's book Nicaragua, its people, scenery, monuments, and proposed interoceanic canal (New York: D. Appleton & Co., 1852; 2 vols.), including entries selected from and following the order of Squier's main comparative table of languages in Nicaragua (vol. 2, p. 320-323) and the numbers 1 to 4, from a smaller table (vol. 2, p. 314).
