Appointment by vicar general Francesco Cosci of Jacopo Bernardini to the rectory of the church of Saint Antonio di Fonte Branda in Siena in the name of three of its patrons: Francesco Bandini Piccolomini, archbishop of Siena (1529-1588); Giovanni Francesco di Silvio Piccolomini; and Antonio Maria d'Enea Piccolomini.
