Explicit: āsanādikrameṇaiva prāṇāyāmaṁ samabhyaset abhyāsāc ca svayaṁ prājño gacchate vyomamaṁḍalaṁ ayaṁ yogaḥ sarvaśāstreṣu vijānīyād varānane guroḥ prasādāt jñātavyaṁ rahasyam akulāgamaṁ 23 (f.22v).
