Summary:
Treatise on monetary policy, the devaluation of currency, and the limits on the king's power in these matters, written in 1609 and printed the same year in Cologne. Translated into Spanish by the author from his original in Latin. Chapter titles include El rey no puede vajar la moneda de peso o de ley sin la voluntada del pueblo (f. 13v); De los valores que tiene la moneda (f. 17r); El fundamento de la contratacion es la moneda, pesos y medida (f. 21r); and Los inconvenientes q[ue] hay en acuñar esta moneda (f. 28r).
