Layout: Written in 36 long lines; frame-ruled in lead.
Script: Written in a Gothic book script by a single hand.
Decoration: 6-line blue initial with red penwork ornamentation (f. 1r); rubricated numbers, initials, paragraph marks, and headings.
Binding: Contemporary, blind-stamped vellum (Zacour-Hirsch) with considerable worm damage.
