  • Cover folio reads: atha tvaritarudravidhānaprārambhaḥ.
  • Copied by Bhāskarabhaṭṭa Dāḍekara [Dāṇḍekara?], perhaps in Kāśī (reference made in colophon to the deity Viśveśvara of Kāśī).
  • Written 10 lines per leaf.
  • Good condition. Mistakes covered over by yellow. One marginal correction.
  • Begins (f. 1v): śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ. hemādrau. tatra kālaḥ. asiddhir bhūmisampattir maraṇaṁ bandhunāśanaṁ. āyurvṛddhiḥ prajānāśo sapa[tn?]aḥ saṁjayas tathā. śubhaṁ prāptisthānalābhaṁ mokṣam aiśitvaṁ eva ca. caitrādephalāni. kecit āṣāḍho pi śubha uktaḥ.
  • Ends: asyātha vādastatraiva. kurukṣetre prayāge ca gaṅgāsāgarasaṇgame. mahākāle ca kāśyāṁ ca dīpasthānaṁ na cintayet.
  • Colophon (f. 14r): iti śrīkamalākarasaṁgrahe śāntiratne tvaritarudravidhānaṁ samāptaṁ. śrīkāśīviśveśvarārpaṇam astu. Yādṛśaṁ pustakaṁ dṛṣṭvā tādṛṣạṁ likhitaṁ mayā. yadi śuddham aśuddhaṁ vā mama doṣo na vidyate. śake 1710 kilaka nāma saṁvatsare caitrakṛṣṇacaturdaśyāṁ ravīvāsare taddine dāḍekaropanāmākhyaṁ bhāskarabhaṭṭena likhitaṁ.
