Title Śivanāmakalpalatālavāla from colophon of commentary (f. 19r). Colophon of text (f. 18v) supplies Śivanāmāṣṭaśata as the title. Title of commentary from Aufrecht's Catalogus Catalogorum (2.154) and the critical edition (Śivanāmakalpalatālavāla of Śrī Bhāskararāya ,H. V. Nagaraja Rao, ed., Oriental Research Institute Series, no. 146 [Mysore: Oriental Research Institute, 1985]). The title supplied in the ms. (f. 19r) is Sudhāpū.

Text begins: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ. mokṣasyaikanidānam avjanayanabrahme[n]dracandrādibhir devaiḥ prāṇapadīkṛtaṁ kalimalapradhvaṁsi dharmāṅkuraḥ bhāratyāpi sudurnirūpamahitrayyantare gopitaṁ vaktuṙmaṅgaladaṁ śiveti vimalaṁ nāmaiva nastārakaṁ (verse 1).
Colophon of text (f. 18v): iti kāśinivāsisāgnicityakratukṛdbhāskararāyabhāratī januṣaḥsaphalatvasi[d]dhaye śivanāmāṣṭaśataṁ vyavarvarīt.
