F. 1v-2r contain text pertaining to the Gāyatrī mantra, and a ritual, Liṅgaśuddhi, in six verses. The text Bhūtaśuddhiprāṇapratiṣṭhā begins f. 2v. Title from f. 2v, line 1, and cover folio, which reads, in another hand, "bhūtaśuddhiprāraṁbhaḥ."
Manuscript incomplete (lacks end). What remains of the text matches closely the contents of homonymous manuscripts, UPenn Ms. Coll. 390, Item 1380 and Item 1434, etc.
Written 9-10 lines per leaf.
Good condition. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black. Marginal corrections.
