Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand.
Decoration: Vol. 3, 87 pen and ink wash diagrams, a few with added color, plus 7 pen and ink plates of geometrical figures and mechanical devices. Vol. 4, 6 pen and ink plates illustrating cosmography.
Binding: Contemporary mottled sheep, gilt spines, with title 'Cursus Philoso.' on each volume.
Origin: Written in Lyons[?], 1762-1764.
