There appear to be gaps in numbering between f. 90 and 100, 115 and 117, and 199 and 201 rather than leaves lacking. Folios 39-44, 322-323, 340-342, and 356-357 appear to be lacking. Final leaf is not bound in. References in this record are to the modern foliation.

Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand, with secular material in Latin and Italian in another hand (f. 336r).
Decoration: Decorated title page with monogram of Jesus Christ (f. 1r); decorated initials throughout, some with faces (for example, f. 14r); decorated headings, captions, and tailpieces throughout; diagram of Aristotle's square of opposition (f. 27r); diagram of Porphyrian tree (titled Arbor Porphyriana) bearing the inscription: V V. Braydense Collegium Mediolanse et Soc. Jesu (f. 336r).
Binding: Contemporary vellum. Wrinkled, stained, torn.
