- Collection of papal letters and instruments respecting privileges of the Friars Minor of Metz, France, compiled by Petrus de Vincentia. In two parts: f. 1r-15v and f. 16r-58v. Comprised of letters and bulls of Popes Innocent VII, Pius II, Paul II[?], Sixtus IV, Eugene IV[?], and Innocent VIII.

Notarial statement, with seal, of Natalis Wassonius de Pontemontione (f. 59r-v).
Foliation: Parchment, i (contemporary parchment) + 60 + i (contemporary parchment); 1-60, contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto.
Layout: Written in 23-24 long lines; ruled in ink; prickings visible.
Script: Written in a Gothic cursive script by a single hand, with notarial statement and owner note in two different hands (f. 59r-59v).
Decoration: 12-line penwork initial in brown ink (f. 1r); 10-line penwork initial in brown ink (f. 16r).
Binding: Contemporary blind-stamped leather over wooden boards. Inside upper cover has a 4.5 cm. diameter circular hole. One clasp intact.
Origin: Written in Metz[?] between 1489 and 1490 (Zacour-Hirsch). Date of 1490 given on f. 15r.
