Copy, with some lacunae, of a Venetian ambassador's report from 1561 on the two states of Florence and Siena recently united under Duke Cosimo I (de' Medici), and on Cosimo himself. The last part discusses Venetian emigration to Pisa and the Tuscan coast, in relation to the establishment of a Greek church and land reclamation in the Maremma.
