Foliation: Paper, i (contemporary paper) + 133 + i (contemporary paper); [1-133]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Script: Written in various cursive scripts by many different hands.
Binding: 18th-century[?] vellum. Very fragile; some parts torn, water damaged; numerous leaves are nearly or completely detached.
Origin: Written in Florence, 1529.
