Contains information on finances, divisions of estates (divisio bonorum), and other related matters. Includes a list and valuation of real estate properties. Geographical references in the manuscript are to Venice, Verona, and Padua in the Veneto, and to Mantua and Bergamo in Lombardy. Many documents conclude with notarial signets (f. 8v, 9v, 12v, 24r, 27r and 28v). A later table of contents is written on the front endleaf.

Collation: Parchment, i (contemporary paper) + 42 + i (contemporary paper); [i], 1¹⁰, 2¹², 3¹², 4⁸, [i]; 1-32, [33-42]; contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto. The front and back endleaves are formed by a paper bifolium wrapped around the manuscript before it was bound. Link to collation model at end of record.
Layout: Written in 26-28 long lines; frame-ruled in ink (text block in horizontal lines, f. 1-9; in a grid, f. 10-42).
Script: Written in italic and cursive scripts by multiple hands.
Binding: Contemporary vellum, with inscriptions including the name Pauli Bragadino, the word Divisio, and possibly the date 1565; top stitching loose; cover torn and pulling away from the stitching at the top part of the spine.
Origin: Written in northern Italy, from 27 January 1540 (f. 1r) to 5 October 1565 (f. 38r), with some additions and emendations that appear to be slightly later in date.
Some smudges and stains. Some passages have been underlined and marked with orange pencil.
