Inventory of the property of Don Diego de Anaya (Enriques de Funto), in the presence of Pedro Garabito (f. i recto). Zacour-Hirsch identifies Don Diego de Anaya as Enriques de Funto. All items are carefully listed with their respective value written neatly into the margins. Consists of two documents bound together, dated 21 November and 21 December 1540. The first leaf (f. i) is a later (17th-century?) half-leaf sewn together with the rest of the manuscript, describing the contents in the hand of a registrar.

Script: Written in a cursive script.
Decoration: 8-line initial with curlicues and multiple repetitions of the letter (f. 1r); 3-line initial with curlicues (f. 9r).
Origin: Written in Salamanca on 21 November and 21 December 1540 (f. 1r, 9r).
Paper worn, fraying and torn at edges. Stains, possibly due to water damage. Possibly some oxidation of ink. First leaf very loose.
