According to the text in the Collectio Judiciorum de Novis Erroribus, this account was composed by one of the theologians from the universities of Heidelberg and Cologne; that statement does not appear in this manuscript.
Collation: Paper, ii (modern paper) + 11 + v (modern paper); 1¹⁰(+1); [i], 183-192; contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto.
Script: Written in a Gothic bâtarde script.
Decoration: Red used for heading (f. 182r) and for highlighting.
Watermarks: Similar to Piccard IV. ix. 780-797.
Binding: Modern half morocco. The pages show evidence of having been trimmed or cut before being rebound.
Origin: Written in Germany (Zacour-Hirsch) in 1479 (f. 182r).
Hinges weak from red rot; spine crumbling; back cover board completely detached.
