Marshall Memo

The Marshall Memo is a "weekly memo [that] is designed to keep principals, teachers, superintendents, and others very well-informed on current research and effective practices in K-12 education. Kim Marshall, drawing on 48 years' experience as a teacher, principal, central office administrator, consultant, and writer, lightens the load of busy educators by serving as their "designated reader."" Newspaper Website + App Subscriptions

The Penn Libraries host subscriptions for several major news website and mobile applications. These typically require an initial website registration through PennKey authentication. Registration may require patrons to specify their expected graduation date.

Searchable content on these websites and apps may extend back only a few years. For sure-footed content searching, consider using the Newspaper Compilations on this page.

Set up citation and journal alerts for up to twenty journals using the free version of JournalTOCs.  Many of the library databases offer the option to set up alerts too.
